guarantee. However, that guarantee is limited by the following
conditions:

The buyer recognises the products are downloadable
ebooks, and therefore understands the product/s being purchased
are/is not a print publication. (In other words, we won't refund
your money because you say you thought you were buying a print
book.)

we don't give refunds because you've changed your mind.
Once it's on your hard drive, we have no proof you've removed it
