May 12 Update

There are a few bits and pieces that I felt you needed to know, so I'm sneaking in an extra ezine this month. Well, not an ezine, more an update. (Sweet and short.)

First of all, the winners of the last contest have been finalised. The two winners have been notified and have already received their prizes. And I must say, they were both very excited. I could feel their excitement all the way to Australia!

So without further ado, here are the winners:

A new contest has begun and all details have been added to the Writer2Writer.com website. This link will take you to the contest page. You may notice that the prizes have a higher value this time around- that is because this month marks the 2nd anniversary of the Writer to Writer ezine. This was my way of saying thanks to all of my wonderful subscribers for your loyalty. I have also secured some additional subscriber gifts, and these will be added to the subscribers area in the next couple of days.

The other thing I wanted to mention is that the next "Outside the Square" fiction writing course starts June 1. There are still a number of slots left, so please register asap. Remember, this class is capped at ten participants. Details can be found here.

One last note from me: it was extremely encouraging to receive all your notes last month when I was removing all the subscriptions from Yahoo. I had literally hundreds of emails asking to be added again. To be honest, I was blown away by the comments and compliments I recieved from so many of you.
