| Hi [FIRSTNAME]! It's been a very hectic few weeks. I'm
working hard on "Arms of a Stranger" as
I'm going to the RWAustralia conference in August
and am vying for an agent interview. One of the
conditions is that you must have your ms complete
and ready to roll at the time.
Saving Emma is still selling
well - yay! I ordered one hundred print copies to
sell here in Australia, which I received last
week, and already thirty copies are either sold
or ordered. If you would like to read the entire
first chapter, click here for a
pdf version.
Still on Saving Emma, the
"Ever After" bookstore in Wollongong
(NSW) is now stocking the book. Full details are
on the pdf copy, or check out my website for full details.
I hope to be able to report
soon that it's available from additional
bookstores in this country.
As mentioned previously (?) I
now have a newsletter for readers. If this
interests you, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CherylWrightNewsletter to subscribe. A contest will be
launched shortly, and only subscribers will be
eligible for prizes.
Please note the 'Cheryl Wright
Newsletter' is totally different to this one, and
is not writing related.
This update contains a few bits
and pieces that may be of interest. I've been
constantly updating the Writer2Writer.com
website, so if you haven't been for a while,
you'll notice quite a few additions.
I've added quite a few new articles, as well as uploading a new contest. The winners of the last photo contest
were recently announced, and you can find the details here. Don't forget to check out our latest free course. This one will show you how to put
together a how-to ebook, or informational product
as they are commonly called. I have another
course almost ready to go, and will let you know
as soon as it's up and running.
As you will see (below) Rob
Parnell's "Easy Way to Write a Novel"
is the March Product of the Month. I highly
recommend this book, as well as Rob's Workshops.
Apologies to those people who
experienced difficulties with accessing 'The
Banquet' (see details below) - the technical
difficulties have been resolved, and we're back
on track with this.
A number of Writer to Writer
subscribers purchased Mridu Khullar's 'Knock
Their Socks Off' ebook, and have reported
excellent results. One such person has had
requests for four (yes four!) articles - almost
in succession - resulting from queries rewritten
using Mridu's advice. Check
out the book here.
If you have any suggestions for
the Writer2Writer.com website, or even for this
newsletter, feel free to email me with
the details.
Til next time,
Cheryl
p.s. I advertised an upcoming
fantasy writing workshop; unfortunately it's
fallen through so won't go ahead after all. Mega
apologies.
p.p.s. Just in case you've lost
it, here's the link to the special subscriber's
download page.
